If an image shown were to be used with CHomP, it would output the Betti numbers:
3 49 0.
This image was created using the showcubes program included with CHomP in order to add an accurate visualization for a 3D image containing a single component and tunnel.
The data (cubical complex) used to create this image would look like this:
With each point plotting a voxel in 3D space.
